One thing that I’ve always loved about Instructional Design, especially e-learning, is that I get to learn new things as I gather information from SMEs to put a new project together. Even with somewhat dry content, I usually have a few “aha, I didn’t know that!” moments that are “good to know.”
I often refer to myself as being a bit nerdy, but truth be told, I’m more interested in a breadth of knowledge than depth of knowledge.
